Shipping & Return Policies
We use UPS or USPS for orders within the United States and UPS Worldwide for international orders, and only charge estimated shipping costs. Depending on the size of the order, items will be shipped within one week and typically by the next working day.
If you need items to be shipped as quickly as possible, please email us at email@example.com and we will accommodate your needs as best we can.
If our webiste is not currently set up to ship to your location, our apologies. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to determine shipping costs and update our site to allow for shipping to you.
If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method. Return shipping will be your responsibility unless the item was defective/damaged.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must be returned in original packaging and have no visible signs of wear or use

- Include your order number (from confirmation email)
- List item(s) you wish to return along with the reason for the return
- Specify if you would like store credit or a refund to your original source of payment
